February 2022's Defiance unleashed Mad Maggie, the rebel warlord known for aggressive play. Her Riot Drill tactical pierces cover to burn enemies on the other side, while her Wrecking Ball ultimate releases speed-boosting pads and detonates near enemies, pushing close-quarters combat to new levels.
New Mode: Control
The limited-time Control mode added objective-based 9v9 gameplay, letting players test Legends without Battle Royale stress. With infinite respawns and loadout selection, it offered a new way to master gunplay and team coordination.
Sabotaged Olympus
Olympus received a massive overhaul with the "Sabotaged" update. Objects were teleported across the map, creating new points of interest and cover in previously open areas.
